1. About Us

Pure Harvest Shop is a proprietorship business owned and operated by Anju Singh, based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

2. Our Products

• We sell spice powders including ginger powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
• Product images are for representation purposes. Actual colour, texture, and packaging may vary slightly.
• We try to keep product descriptions, weights, and prices accurate. If any error is found, we may correct it and notify you before processing the order.

3. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that your name, phone number, address, and other details are accurate.
• We may accept payment through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
• We may cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock unavailability, incorrect customer details, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
• Product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be shown separately at checkout.
• We may change product prices at any time. The price shown at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.

7. Product Quality and Storage

• Our products are packed with care and should be stored as per the instructions printed on the pouch.
• Please store products in a cool, dry, and hygienic place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery or use beyond the Best Before date.

8. Intellectual Property

• Our brand name, logo, product images, website content, descriptions, and design belong to Pure Harvest Shop.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand name, logo, images, or content without written permission.

9. User Responsibilities
