1. Where We Ship
We currently ship our products across India, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- You may receive confirmation through WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is packed and handed to the courier partner.
3. Delivery Timelines

These timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote location serviceability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Any such offer will be displayed on our website or checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can also track your order from the Track Your Order page on our website.
6. Packaging
We pack every order carefully so your spice powders reach you fresh and intact.
- Pouches are sealed properly before dispatch
- Products are packed with protective material where required
- Orders are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes
- Boxes are prepared for safer handling during transit
7. Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery may be available depending on your location and order value.
- COD availability will be shown at checkout.
- A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown before you place your order.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will check the issue with our courier partner and keep you updated.
If the order cannot be located, we may offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
9. Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing the order. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can try to update it before dispatch.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner cannot deliver the order because of customer unavailability, unreachable phone number, or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, we may contact you for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
