Return & Replacement Policy

At Pure Harvest Shop, we take care in processing and packing every pouch of ginger, garlic, and onion powder. Since our products are consumable food items, returns are handled differently from products like clothing or electronics.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, missing, or with a genuine quality concern, we will help you with a replacement or refund after verification.
1. Our Promise to You
If something goes wrong with your order, such as a wrong item, damaged pouch, expired product, missing item, or verified quality issue, we will make it right with a free replacement or refund.
In most cases, you do not need to send the product back to us. We may ask for clear photos or a short video so we can verify the issue properly.
2. What We Can Replace or Refund
We can replace your product or refund your payment if:
- You received the wrong product
- The pouch arrived damaged, torn, or leaking
- The seal was broken or tampered with at the time of delivery
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
- An item was missing from your order
- The product has a visible quality issue, such as insects, fungus, unusual smell, or abnormal discoloration
3. What We Cannot Replace or Refund
Because our products are food items, we cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund for:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Personal taste preference, such as flavour intensity or aroma preference
- Wrong product or quantity selected by the customer at checkout
- Products that have been fully used or consumed
- Claims raised after the reporting window mentioned below
- Delivery delay caused by courier issues, unless the product arrives damaged, expired, or unusable
4. Time Window to Report an Issue
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time it was received.
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund, except where required by applicable law.
5. How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
Share your order number, clear photo or video, and a short description of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Timeline

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. However, you will still be covered under this policy if the product arrives damaged, wrong, expired, missing, or with a verified quality issue.
